Refund policy

IMPORTANT: BAKERY PICKUP POLICY

All bakery orders must be collected during the scheduled pickup window. Orders not collected will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacements.

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to qualify for a refund. This policy is subject to applicable law.
